I’m Mary Bugg, an independent property professional based in Chelmsford, with nearly 10 years of experience in the property industry and a lifetime of local knowledge behind me.

Having worked within both nationwide and independent estate agencies, I’ve gained a wealth of experience across sales and lettings. But over the years, I increasingly felt that the personal service clients deserve could sometimes become lost amongst targets, processes and changing points of contact.

That’s why I decided to build my own business around a different approach – one that puts people, communication and personal service at the heart of everything I do.
